About the Role
As the Head of Sales at Supersparks, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing a scalable sales strategy. You’ll build and lead a high-performing sales team, nurture key relationships, and identify opportunities to grow our footprint in the no-code and Webflow communities.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy aligned with Supersparks’ growth goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team focused on delivering results.
- Pipeline Management: Own the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a predictable and scalable pipeline.
- Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships with Webflow agencies, freelancers, and communities to amplify our presence.
- Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to refine our value proposition and strategy.
- Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable sales metrics and insights to the executive team.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 7+ years in sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS.
- Track Record: Proven ability to build and scale sales teams, meet or exceed revenue targets, and close high-value deals.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the no-code space, Webflow, or similar platforms is a strong asset.
- Leadership: A motivational leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
