• Implement Webflow interactions and animations to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with our team to define template goals, target audience, and customization options.
• Provide clear documentation for template users on how to edit and customize designs.
• Stay updated on Webflow best practices and trends to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and developing in Webflow, with a portfolio of completed projects or templates.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and Webflow CMS functionality.
• Proficiency in Webflow Designer, Webflow CMS, and Webflow Ecommerce.
• Ability to create clean, maintainable class structures using systems like Client-First or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong design skills with attention to typography, layout, and branding.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for initial design mockups.
• Basic understanding of custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to extend Webflow’s capabilities.
• Experience designing templates for marketplaces like Webflow Template Marketplace, UI8, or Themeforest.
• Experience working with Webflow Memberships, Outseta, or Memberstack for gated content or community-focused designs.
